Protection of trade union premises and property

Trade unions premises may be searched but only once judicial authorities have a warrant and have good reason to believe that evidence of criminal proceedings under ordinary law will be found on the premises. The actual search must be restricted to the purpose of the warrant. Judicial review is required for any similar search by the authorities, e.g. of private homes of trade unionists, workplaces, etc.
